McCrory begins building up for middleweight.
Tamdan McCrory was released from the Ultimate Fighting Championship following his loss to John Howard at UFC 101. After training and fighting for 3 years straight he figured being released was not such a bad thing, taking this time to relax. He knew he would return to fighting, but was aware his size was a major factor. Tamdan knew that he was a big welterweight, but also a very small middleweight. He decided to start training to get to the size he needs to be successful as a middleweight. Here is a little glimpse of McCrory building up to take on the middleweight division.

Tamdan McCrory: Whats next for the Barn Cat?
With a record of 3-3 in the UFC, it came as a surprise when Tamdan McCrory was released following his loss at UFC 101. It was first reported that he and Thales Leites, among others, were cut. Reports then came in that Dana White recalled the release of McCrory and Leites; only to retract his previous decision and approve the release.

Big Bully Event cancelled
Because of circumstances beyond the promoter’s control the Big Bully MMA Event slated for Sept. 12th at the Sewal Center at Robert Morris University in Moon Township PA has been cancelled. All tickets purchases will be refunded. This event has not been rescheduled as of yet.

Machida vs Shogun at UFC 104
